Elan Digital’s latest range of 2.5/3G HSPA Compact Flash Wireless Modem cards provide a fast and reliable connection to the internet via mobile network service providers.
Typical applications include providing wireless connectivity for barcode readers, handheld security equipment, and mobile data capture devices. They will also work with virtually any device that has an available CF or PCMCIA card slot.
Although primarily aimed at data transfer, these new cards also support voice and SMS. There is no need for drivers or third party application software to run these cards, as they have been designed to use native operating systems software in most cases. The antenna is removable and replaceable, offering maximum flexibility.
