Timer/counter for prod test

Sweden's Pendulum Instruments timer/ counter/ analyser is available from Aspen Electronics.
The CNT-90 timer/ counter/ analyser has 50psec, single shot time interval resolution, 12 digit/sec frequency resolution and saves 250,000 measurement/sec which are saved to the large internal 3.5million results memory. There is also an expanded 2,600 individual measurement/sec via GPIB/USB.
It can continuously stream data during measurements, useful for production test applications. Zero deadtime frequency adn period are standard, enabling measuremetn and analysis of signal stabitiy and Allan deviation calculations.
The time and frequency measurements, combined with 0.001 degree phase measurements make the instrument suitable for detecting small time and frequency changes for R&D as well as production test.
An optional TimeView program converts the instrument to a modulation domain analyser using high-speed measurements and storage to capture very fast frequency changes in real-time. A pulse output can be programmed from 0.5Hz to 100MHz to define pulse rate frequency. the frequency range is up to 200GHz making the counter timer suitable for most carrier wave adn microwave freqeuency measurements.
