VCMO targets high-performance networking, data communications, and processor applications.
The SiT3702 differential-output voltage-controlled MEMS oscillator (VCMO) from SiTime is for high-performance networking, data communications, and processor applications.
Features include a programmable frequency range up to 800MHz, stability as low as ±10 ppm, and configurable LVPECL, LVDS, CML or HCSL output signalling.
Available at MSC Vertriebs GmbH in 7.0mm x 5.0mm x 0.9mm and 5.0mm x 3.2mm x 0.75mm packages, the part offers an operating voltage of 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V and a pull range of ±30, ±60, ±120, and ±240ppm.
Operating temperature range includes support for industrial -40°C to 85°C, extended commercial -20°C to 70°C and commercial 0°C to 70°C.
