Nexcom’s NISE 3140M series is a rugged range of Fanless PC is targeted at medical computing.

Using the Intel GM45 chipset, all products in the NISE 3140M range are highly scalable and can support a wide variety of Intel Core 2 Duo and Celeron CPUs.
To meet medical computing requirements including optical/medical inspection and image processing, the NISE 3140M Series is compliant with EN60601-1 and is equipped with Intel graphics media accelerator 4500MHD which delivers exceptional graphics performance with notable rates of data transfer.
Furthermore, the NISE Series NISE 3140M has a number of other important features required for image processing, including dual-channel DDR3 memory, two Gigabit Ethernet LANs, auto-direction control on RS485 and optional IEEE1394b interface. The NISE 3140M supports dual independent displays via 2x VGA, DVI or LVDS outputs.
For flexibility, four versions of the NISE 3140M are available; the base model is equipped with a PCI slot; NISE 3140ME has one PCIe; NISE 3140M2 supports two PCI slots and RAID; whilst the NISE 3140M2E has one standard PCI slot, one PCIe, and RAID support.
All platforms in the NISE 3140M Series are housed in a robust compact chassis that offers noise-free ultra-reliable operation in even the most demanding of applications. Supported CPU’s are based on the Intel Embedded Roadmap.
