Vishay focus on automotive
05 October 2010
At electronica 2010, Vishay Intertechnology will present all of its new electronics components.

There will also be a special focus on the Super12 featured products. This line-up features specs such as capacitance-voltage, current rating, and on-resistance.
These products are suitable for use in several key applications and provide a cross-section of Vishay's broad product portfolio. The 597D and T97 Multi-Anode Tantalum Capacitors offer the industry's highest capacitance-voltage of 1500 μF at 4 V to 15 μF at 75 V to save PCB space, while ultra-low ESR down to 15 mΩ improves design efficiency.
The VO3120 and VO3150A IGBT/MOSFET Drivers offer the widest supply voltage range from 15 V to 32 V, and an operating temperature range from - 40°C to + 110°C.
At their booth, Vishay is presenting special sessions pointing out the advantages of the new components in reference to current industrial applications; diodes; rectifiers and modules; MOSFETs, power-ICs; optoelectronics; inductors; resistors; and capacitors. At the automotive booth, Vishay will be focusing on energy efficiency and presenting components that are targeting this market, such as MOSFETs, MKP film capacitors and Schottky diodes.
