RUBY from Cissoid is a new triple operational amplifier with a built-in voltage reference

It has been designed for reliable operation from -55°C to +225°C and the three operational amplifiers can easily be configured as an instrumentation amplifier with external resistors, while the 5 V voltage reference can provide up to 25 mA for complete bridge excitation in high temperature sensor applications.

CHT-RUBY is available in a small footprint, surface-mount hermetically sealed ceramic SOIC16 package, providing designers with a fully flexible and compact solution for their sensor interface modules.

The operational amplifiers can operate with a supply voltage range from 6 V to 20 V and with a low-current consumption of 600µA per amplifier at 225°C. They provide a stable gain-bandwidth product (GBW) over the whole temperature range, which translate into a more stable bandwidth and linearity with temperature, facilitating op-amp based designs for wide temperature ranges applications.

The 5 V voltage reference provides initial accuracy of ±2% and high stability with temperature (< 500μV/°C).

CHT-RUBY belongs to Cissoid’s GEMSTONE family of high-temperature operational amplifiers and sensor interface products. It is available now for sampling and evaluation.
